In a typical class, participants dance freely to rhythms corresponding to each chakra, starting from the base (root) chakra and moving upward to the crown. Each chakra is associated with different emotions, colors, and areas of the body, and the music and movements are designed to stimulate and align these energy points. Chakra dancing helps release emotional blockages, improve well-being, and enhance self-awareness, making it both a fun workout and a spiritual practice.
